Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GigLedger, a true-profit tracking application for gig-economy drivers operated by VajgrtLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), available at gigledger.vajgrtlabs.com. By creating an account or using GigLedger, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the Service

GigLedger is a progressive web application that helps gig drivers (including rideshare, food delivery, grocery delivery and parcel delivery drivers) understand what they actually earn. Features include:

GigLedger works without an account on the free plan — data is stored in your browser. Creating a (free) account lets your data sync to our servers and follow you across devices, and is required to purchase Pro.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GigLedger. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Your Responsibilities

4. Plans, Free Trial, and Billing

GigLedger offers the following plans (prices in USD):

Pro plans include unlimited shifts, per-platform statistics, expense tracking, and CSV export.

5. Cancellation

6. Estimates — Not Tax or Financial Advice

Important: "True profit," "cash kept," per-hour figures, and the per-mile cost in GigLedger are estimates provided for your own information and decision-making only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and they do not replace a qualified tax professional.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, particularly where necessary to protect the service or other users. GigLedger is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Walmart Spark, Amazon, or Grubhub; those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the platforms you drive for.

8. Intellectual Property

The GigLedger application, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by VajgrtLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GigLedger for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. Your data — your shifts, expenses, and notes — remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VajgrtLabs from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of GigLedger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
